Problems with before & after photos and the all-or-nothing fitness mentality, with Barb Puzanovova

Barb Puzanovova is our guest today, who is also known as the the Non-Diet trainer! Barb is an ACE-certified personal group trainer, Behavior Change Specialist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She’s dedicated to teaching her clients how to move joyfully and train with intention for all bodies.  On today’s episode with Barb we’re digging into joyful and intuitive movement vs. training and workouts, and what a weight neutral approach looks like when she works with clients.
